Join Jane Nash, certified personal trainer, certified group fitness instructor and ACSM-certified exercise physiologist, as she guides you through a 30-minute fitness class through a variety of low impact and effective muscle toning exercises. This total body workout will have you sweating and burning calories as you tone your muscles, increase energy levels, enhancing balance and coordination and reducing stress. Using light to moderate resistance, all participants are encouraged to exercise at their own pace and comfort levels, stay well hydrated, wear light, comfortable workout clothing and supportive athletic shoes.
Herndon Community Television has been providing fitness entertainment for viewers for many years. Now we have a new show produced by HCTV, Get Fit with Jane. Local personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Jane Nash, hosts the program and provides excellent fitness instruction. This new show expands the diversity of HCTV original programming and will air during HCTV original content time blocks on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
