A Fond Farewell To The Herndon Festival
We are sad to learn the Herndon Festival will be no more, but we have so many fond memories to hang on to.
As I write this, I am reminded of the many thousands of hours our volunteers spent to make the Herndon Festival such a success. The heat, the rain, the equipment hiccups … through it all, HCTV volunteers rose to the occasion to make this event so special.
I enjoy watching the past 30 years of festival videos we’ve made throughout the years. I remember the music, the people, the food and the atmosphere. It is so much fun to watch the dancing, singing, and festival goers enjoying the moment. I will and look forward to other events for the opportunity to create new and memorable experiences.
We are so grateful to you all. You made a positive impact . Your dedication and passion are truly inspiring. We couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you for volunteering and your good work!
