A healthy and strong core facilitates good posture and the integration of the torso, shoulders and hips. The benefits of exercise can help improve stability, mobility and overall strength. To build a strong core you’ll need to exercise a variety of muscles from your hips to your shoulders. Exercise at your own pace and comfort level as modifications will be demonstrated. Optional equipment needed: Medicine ball or one hand held weight, mat and stability ball.
