Chair Fitness and Standing Balance Training
Increase upper and lower body muscular strength, tone and move to the music! Join Jane as she takes you through this energetic 30-minute class incorporating seated chair exercises and standing movement patterns for a safe and enjoyable exercise workout. Increase range of motion, incorporate movements to enhance daily living, improve coordination and balance. Light or medium hand held weights and a soft ball or pillow are optional for resistance.
