Around Our Town: May the 4th Concert

On May 4th, the Herndon High School Band performed a pop-up concert in celebration of Star Wars Day. May 4th has been coined Star Wars day because May the fourth sounds similar to “May the Force” as part of the common Star Wars expression, “may the force be with you.” The concert was complete with special appearances from a stormtrooper and other characters from the Star Wars world.
