The Painted Stallion

The Painted Stallion chronicles the journey of a wagon train from Independence, Missouri to Santa Fe, New Mexico. William Witney makes his directorial debut with this serial. He later goes on to be a mega director for the western genre. He has a prolific body of work with serial movie credits such as Zorro Rides Again, The Lone Ranger and King of Texas Ranger. He later transitions into television directing in well known television shows such as Daniel Boone, Bonanaza, Wagon Train and Zorro.
