Episode Recipe: Mushroom Veggie Burger

Ingredients:

1 12 oz package of Tofu

1/4 cup chopped green onion (or leek)

1/4 cup cillantro (fresh or dry)

1/2 cup chopped shitaki mushroom (or oyster or portobello)

1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)

2 large eggs

lemon & pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon Peperika
