Workout with Simple Home Items
Wednesday, Fridays and Sundays @ 6:00 PM
Don’t have equipment? No worries! You’ll be surprised at what a great workout using simple items around the house can do. Grab your soup cans, water bottles, pot holders or wash cloths (for use on smooth wood or tile surface), and plastic plates (for use on carpeted surfaces). All equipment is optional for exercises. Exercise at your own pace and comfort level and have fun! Enjoy and Get Fit With Jane!
