This month’s show is all about potatoes. Matt will showcase Lyonnaise potatoes made from fingerling potatoes, Dauphinoise potatoes, and a casserole of white and sweet potatoes in a creamy, cheesy sauce. Matt’s special french fries and two kinds of potato chips will be featured. One potato chip is a kettle chip and one is an unusual translucent chip made of tasty herbs which Matt calls windowpanes.
