In this episode, Sheriff Stephen J talks about Alewife Fish and the “Damariscotta Mills Fish Ladder.” After learning about fish in the water, Sheriff Stephen J visits Alphabet Chef Scott and learns how to skin a Salmon with your hand. They then cooks the Salmon over the towns fire pit on a cedar plank. Also, One Eye’d James goes to Veterinarian Dr. Blake for his yearly medical exam.
