Narragansett Bay is a huge watery playground heavily used both for commercial and recreational purposes. It is a huge economic engine for the State of Rhode Island, yet 2/3rd’s of the watersheds that feed the bay come out of the State of Massachusetts. Water ways see no boundaries. They take the easiest route to the sea.
