Pork Chops

Ingredients:

4 Pork chop with or without bone.
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Rosemary fresh or dry
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Lemon pepper to taste
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic,onion, peprika optional

Directions:

1. Heat a large skillet or if using outdoor grill) on high heat.
2. Rub extra virgin olive oil on the pork chops.
3. Mix all the herbs & lemon pepper , salt on pork chops.
4. Let the pork chop stands for 5 min.
5. Once the Skillet or out door grill is hot enough place the pork chops in skillet or on out door grill.
6. Give each side about good 5 to 7 min on high heat.
7. Then turn off the stove or take it off of ( out door grill ) cover the chops .let it sit for good 5 min.this will keep the chops juicy
