No Irish meal is complete without one or two potato dishes at the table. On this episode of Wicked Good Food, Chef Matt Williams demonstrates how to make several potato dishes. Matt will showcase Lyonnaise potatoes made from fingerling potatoes, Dauphinoise potatoes, and a casserole of white and sweet potatoes in a creamy, cheesy sauce. Matt’s special french fries and two kinds of potato chips will be featured. One potato chip is a kettle chip and one is an unusual translucent chip made of tasty herbs which Matt calls windowpanes.
