It’s clear HCTV-23 has come a LONG way since it’s beginnings! I guess you can say that HCTV started my career in television… From “The Back Porch” and “Hook, Line and Sinker” which were done LIVE since we didn’t have the ability to easily tape at that point, to “Mayan Monkey Theatre” and the start of “Woody’s Western Theater,” I thoroughly enjoyed each moment I spent at HCTV.

I’m quite proud to have been a part of HCTV history… That being said, I believe HCTV is key is keeping the interest in our profession alive… If any of your younger volunteers would like to speak to (or write) me about how to develop their skills for a possiblw career in TV, please don’t hesitate to give them my e-mail address! It’s the least I can do to give back to such a great organization.

Again, GREAT JOB to all who put on the festival this year!
